Poor service everytime I went in the store. I would not recommend this product to anyone - as you would be throwing money out the window. I trusted that the products were thoroughly tested and parts were replaced as needed; since bill advised me that all the appliances under go testing for weeks before they are put on the floor for re sale. I spent a couple months and multiple visits to the store trying to find a specific Samsung fridge that didn’t have much visible damage to it, and was not overly old. I specifically picked one out (2016, as there was nothing newer in that model avail over the months I spent checking the shop) that had no damage on the doors - yet when delivery day came; the fridge had a giant dent in it. I called Bill immediately and refused to accept the fridge. Bill said he was unsure how the damage got there but would swap out the door that was damaged and have it redelivered. The delivery guys were nice, and helpful. Fast forward 11 months since I purchased it - the freezer no longer works at all. I called Wagners to see if a tech was available to look at it and bill said it would be a while before someone could come and look, so I called a different company and had a tech look at it within a day. It was a board and system issue and obvious rust on the filter dryer, noted by the techs. The techs estimated that this would be a 1000$ repair, and recommended just getting a new fridge. Now out of pocket the original cost of this fridge + a new fridge. Bill expressed to me that he had no moral or legal obligation to help me in regards to a repair or getting into a new fridge; since I surpassed the 30 day warranty. He did offer me a whopping 200$ credit towards a “new” fridge on his floor, likely not a Samsung to match my other appliances. Better to put your money into new appliances with more than a 30 day warranty, than to gamble with the ones at Wagners!!
I bought a Maytag DW with a third rack simply because it was in stock and could be installed Weds.. By Tues. PM I did not receive a phone call or e-mail about when. So I called them. I was told Thurs. PM instead. I stayed home all day Thurs. and by 4:00 PM, no DW came. I called again and was told I would immediately get a return call about when. No call came. I called at 5:30 PM and left a voice message. No call Fri. either, so I drove over to Wagner at 1:00 PM and got lame excuses. I am still waiting and I leave town Monday.
Do not recommend.They didn’t meet initial appointment,then when they did show up they were very arrogant,and acted like I was being unrealistic when asked to it wear boots in my house! I have very expensive floors that I don’t want a peddle in your boots ruining! They do make booties,fyi! Not impressed,would not recommend 100% I’d put zero if I could!your response is a lie! You can’t respect my home,I’m not surprised you have no moral compass and outright lie!
Walked in needing a couple parts. Micro switch and slow blow fuse. Bill was very knowledgeable and had the right parts on hand for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend going here for parts and service. My microwave is now working and I’m very happy to have gotten the help. Thanks! :)
WARNING: Wagners repair is expensive and they only put in they're own parts so they can jack up the price & charge 2/3x the price on parts. They young tech was unreliable & did not check his own work which he missed 2 screws while putting my dryer back together and the vent pipe that he put in almost caused a dryer fire because he didn't cut it to the proper length. There are better companies that charge per minute & will put in your parts, please call them.
