Nothing but amazing things to say about Dr Don and the entire team at True Dental! I've been a patient since I was a child and have experienced such great care and service throughout the years. I appreciate the explanations of financial options as I do not have a health benefit plan, and they always work with me to ensure the best options. Highly recommend!
This dental office gets 5 stars all around. Seriously, everyone is amazing here! Dr Kase has been my dentist for the last couple of years, and I honestly recommend him to anyone who will listen. Going to the dentist is hard enough, do yourself a favour and book with Dr Kase - can't put into words how much I've appreciated every appointment here, for real!
I get anxiety any time I have to go to the dentist. I'm new to West Kelowna and chose True Dental and Dr. Coccaro as my new dentist. I couldn't be happier. The office staff are top notch and I've had nothing but exceptional care from the various hygienists I've had and Dr. Coccaro.
Dr. Kase is a great dentists. He’s done some cavities on me as well as a root Canal which went great. He always does an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone. Best of all he is invested in his patients. He gave me his personal phone number to message at anytime with any problems I may have. Thank you Dr. Kase and everyone at true dental you’re all awesome. Oh also thanks for staying late steph, I feel a lot better now.
Excellent dental clinic. My family started going here a few years back and they have been extremely good with our kids. I moved my dental treatment over to them because of how happy my wife was with them. They had to do an extraction on one of my less brave kids and he did great under their care. Great staff, the doctors are knowledgeable and explain things well. Every hygienist I've dealt with has been excellent and professional. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on anything (I don't use insurance). They are well staffed so getting appointments is not a challenge. Overall a great group, highly recommended.
