    Just about went across the parking lot to a big box store but turned into Telus/Koodo instead and so glad we did. Clay knew exactly what we needed in a new phone. He explained everything thoroughly and was patient answering our questions and we were in and out quickly. Such a pleasure to deal with him.

    I was in the store today and bought a new iPhone and phone plan. The young lady that helped me was called Taylor and she was SO helpful and patient with getting all my information ported over to my new phone and making sure it was all set up and ready for me. Highly recommend!

    Taylor understood my problem with my phone and gave me clear options that met my need for an affordable fix. Personable, knowledgeable and kind! Thank you…..when I am ready for a new phone hope I will again have such a competent person assisting decisions.

    My old iPhone was nearly dead and I needed a new one right away. Gareth made the experience quite pleasant and he was very professional. I will definitely return to this store in the future.

    This store didn't seem very willing to help me. When I mentioned that I had an issue that had now been ongoing for two years, the manager kept trying to refer me to a different agent that she said was amazing and could fix or do anything, but it definitely seemed like she didn't have confidence in either her staff or herself. I didn't really want to be pushed to have someone else help me when I had made an effort to come into their store. The manager implied that all of my issues were because I hadn't dealt with this one agent specifically, but shouldn't all Tom Harris/Telus staff be able to help? The store manager became very rude and stated that my issues must be because I hadn't used that one agent. I guess that must mean that the rest of her staff are incapable. She wouldn't actually let me explain and if I tried she told me that if I'd let her get a word in edge-wise, I must be mistaken in my dealings. My issue has been that I was charged for services as per their contract and promised that they would be credited to my account, but it took two years and constant complaints to receive that credit. I went to Telus in the mall and had no difficulties getting what I needed, and the people were very nice and knowledgeable, however, we'll see if I get the promised credits. That wouldn't be the staff's fault. I don't like Tom Harris/Telus' format of charging, then crediting. If I didn't dislike Bell more for double charging on their bills, I'd move all my services.
