    Doors are always locked in the morning… I just want some timmies before I go to work, instead I have to go Starbucks across the street where their doors are open every morning. Never had a problem before the pandemic, but that’s over and they are still scared and keeping doors locked. Foot traffic exists, not everyone drives.

    I was handed my order of a small black coffee at the drive through and the lid was not put on properly. When I took the cup, the coffee spilled all over my left hand, on my left thigh and all over my vehicle. The drive through attendant immediately called the manager who handed me paper towels and proceeded to tell me the cups are faulty and they are training new staff so the cup was not lidded properly. I questioned why faulty cups are being handed to customers with burning hot liquids in them. Also, if staff is not completely trained on how to secure a lid on a cup of hot liquid, why are they allowed to be serving customers. - At this, the manager replied that I could post a review if I felt this was wrong. I had burning hot coffee all over me and asked for ice to stop the burning and something to clean up my clothes. I was given a cup of ice water and a blue cloth. She then told me she had burn cream and gave me a packet of aloe vera burn gel which I immediately applied. I asked for the manager again and asked her what she thinks the next step would be to help me. She said she will replace my small coffee with a large coffee and gave me an apology. This is not good enough. My Lulu Lemon pants need to be dry-cleaned and my vehicle needs to be cleaned. There is also the issue of the burn caused on my hand. I asked for the corporate phone number as the manager, Akansha, told me there is nothing that could be done further. I moved my car to the parking lot so as not to hold up the lineup and called the number she gave me. It was for the same store location! Not the corporate number I asked for. The phone was answered by an employee, Manjot, who told me she could give me the owners number and I agreed. Then I heard the manager say from the back that they can't give me the number, they will take my number and the owner, Travis, will call me.

    This Tim Hortons has to have the absolute worst customer service out of anywhere in the chain, that I have seen in this country. Not only are the staff incapable of correctly taking an order. When they are asked if an item is on the menu that is found at many other Tim Hortons locally they laugh at you. Completely deplorable behaviour. If I could give less than one star I would. I really hope that the owner has the capability to retrain their staff on how to properly behave and treat a customer. On top of the owner, the management team at this Tim Hortons should also be ashamed of their staff. Date of visit January 23, 2021 time approximately 1545

    Unfortunately, you can't place a mobile order at this location. It's an inconvenience when on a long drive; I like the convenience of placing my order online beforehand, and then I just need send my older kids to pick up the order, while I take care of my younger kids and hurry back on the road (multi-tasking).

    Went through drive through at 830…supposed to be open until 11 but nobody wanted to take my order I guess
