This location got our orders wrong several times in the past few weeks and charged us for it.
For example, we requested small steep tea and got a Medium. In another order we requested 4 timbits and got 10. Paid the extra without noticing but from now on will have to look very closely to make sure our order is accurate

Ordered 2 cappuccino’s the other day with extra espresso shots and I swear they just gave me luke warm frothed milk. Couldn’t taste coffee at all and couldn’t even feel the warmth through the cup.

Repeated my coffee order to the worker 3 times and she continued to try and correct me by changing “cappuccino” to “latte”… If you can’t make the drink just say that don’t give me something I don’t want while trying to make me feel like I’m stupid. I paid for a drink I will not drink because it’s not what I ordered nor what I like. My wrap was also falling apart in the bag and no napkins were provided.
At the payment window we received poor customer service while the worker held the drinks in our car window while passive aggressively saying “here”.
Overall not a pleasant experience i could have made coffee at home if this is what I knew was gonna happen.

Had better service than the Tim Hortons in West Kelowna didn't feel like I needed a car for proper customer service unlike the Tim Hortons in West Kelowna were they put the drivethru first
