Horrible service... Lying about bathroom being closed after watching others walk in before us and staff refused friend service due to his appearance and profiles him on appearance.. were completely rude and slow at completing a very basic order.. don't recommend to anyone who likes to be treated like a second class citizens and wait unreasonable time to get order ...

Went to this tim Hortons at 7:30 PM April,6 2023 just in case management reads this asked for a crispy chicken wrap they had the grill turned off for cleaning you had to wait over an hour to reheat everything we decided to go to a different Tim Hortons they even said it was weird to shut down a machine for cleaning the lady at the window was so rude no apology nothing nose up in the air shuts the window and walks away. Who wants that kind of service I dont.

Seems like no tim Hortons in penticton actually pays attention to their mobile order system. Placed an order at 7:45 I walked into the location at 8:10. I did not walk for another 10 minutes as my single drink order (1 london fog) was not prepared nor where my 2 cookies even in a bag. In total it took almost 40 minutes for my order to even be started. The entire point of Ordering on the app is to give these employees time to make the drinks. I'm sorry but 40 minutes is PLENTY of time to make a single tea that has to sit and cool before someone can even drink it. Seriously frustrated with this outcome as this is the 5th time out of 5 times I have used the Mobil order and had to wait longer than I would have standing in line

It was good. Not great but good. The Tim Beibs made me gag. The chocolate one had no flavour and the other two were so sweet I had to spit them out. They are a promotional item so I'm not holding it against them.

I ordered a sausage bacon wrap got a sausage wrap . Ordered a bacon egg muffin got that but the muffin was just so uneven just look at the picture . When ordering the order screen messed up so bad I didn't know what my order really was. When trying to explain that a women inside the store didn't care and just seemed like she wanted to argue . Not a very good experience.
