We stopped by because Starbucks was too busy and the person at the drive thru window and who took our order seemed a little angry like calm down please and the quencher I got was carbonated which I was confused cause the last one I got wasn’t so? 🤨 also the drive thru area was so confusing as well which doesn’t need to be like people just want food.

I really only drive through here out of convenience coming back into town, but no more. The last 4/5 times I've ordered and paid I've received the wrong food/beverage

Night shift employees refuse to make food because they couldn’t be bothered to clean the machines again and hide in back from drive thru customers. English needs to be understood. A wrap and bowl are obviously different. Nobody should be on till that cannot communicate effectively with customers. Very frustrating.

Understaffed and very slow.
Peple got tired of the wate and left before ordering.
When I was finally able to get service they were all out of the item l came in for because they were serving the drive through instead of the walk in customers. Poor customer service.
VERY unorganized.
