We had a good experience back in October in the tasting room with Linda. The debit terminal ran out of paper when we were paying and she insisted it didn’t go through, I had worked in the service industry and was quite sure it had gone through, the paper just needed replacement, but we paid again per her request and insistence it did not go through. As it turns out, we were double charged (tasting/ case of wine +1 bottle) as a result. I have since called multiple times and they have not responded back to rectify the situation. There was approximately $400 charged twice to my card and they will not even call back to acknowledge the error. This is essentially theft as we paid twice for goods and services not received. I am not one to leave a negative review, however I am unsure of how to get a response from them to refund my card.
My group left yesterday feeling like we all needed therapy. The woman in the tasting room treated us appallingly, she was so unprofessional. She insulted my friends telling them they stank like garlic, she spilled our wine all over the counter and when I asked for a napkin to clean it up she rolled her eyes and acted like I'd spilled it myself. She gave uneven samples and when questioned about her unequal pour said she did whatever she felt like. She was rude and condescending and I honestly left feeling violated for having to pay $15 for the experience. Update: the owners reached out straight and let us know the staff member who treated us so badly was let go.
We stayed here 2 nights in July. The view is awesome, their wines are very good. Breakfast was freshly homemade granola with yogurt & fresh fruits and with a hard boiled egg and a warm croissant. The room is modern with an amazing toilet!! This was the highlight of our stay, in my opinion.
Very nice modern room with stunning views overlooking Okanagan lake across from Summerland. Great star gazing with the wide open sky and minimal light pollution.
We stayed at Therapy this past weekend, it was AMAZING! Jessica was very helpful. The room was incredible. Highly recommend.
