The hotel is very beautiful and we really loved it. The rooftop pool has a fantastic panoramic view, yet it is shallow. I did appreciate that the pool is open early and late, as I was able to have another swim the day we left. It is in a great central location to restaurants and the Kelowna Art Gallery is right across the street from the hotel. Our room was very large, a 2 bedroom suite and super nice with a big deck and water view, and a fireplace, full fridge, etc. It was very clean and the staff was always very friendly and pleasant. We had a great trip and really liked this hotel!

Really enjoyed my stay at the Royal Kelowna. Loved having a full kitchen available as were able to save money and eat in a few times. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was a decent size so the kids really enjoyed it. However, at times, the attendant was missing so we weren't able to receive towels.
Highly recommended, especially if you're travelling as a family.

I would of given 5 stars but the bedding was dirty, orange hand stains on sheets and stain on bedding. The shower was full of black mold in the corners. My husband tried cleaning it himself before he showered. For the price you would think the shower would be clean and fresh bedding.
The positive are the suite is large , full kitchen and In suite laundry. Big table for meals, fire place and our Patio was huge with a Great view.
The hotel is in a great location, has an amazing pool on the roof and the pool staff there are tremendously helpful, getting the kids floaties or pumping things up.
No room service but can Skip the dishes there.
They also have beach stuff available for use and bikes.

The hotel is overpriced. For over $500 a night the splendid setting and comfortable, spacious rooms don't cut it without really outstanding luxury service. The cramped roof pool and continual niggling service issues spoil the picture. We enjoyed our stay and this would have been 5 stars at $300 a night but for the price charged it doesn't represent value for money.

Hotel was crystal clean; rooftop pool was gorgeous, and view was magnificent. Hotel staff were very friendly. After our check out time on our final day, the nice lady at the front desk offered us to use the bicycles. We truly enjoyed the bike ride.
