Relatively well stocked and very convenient location for those staying on the mountain, but of course there’s a huge markup on everything, especially basic foods (milk, bread, butter etc). My biggest gripe, though, is that a lot of products aren’t clearly priced, or price tags seem to be missing altogether making it impossible to know what you’re going to get charged at the till, or which of two seemingly identical products will cost your first born.
Staff are super friendly - cheers.

Such amazing service! Ordered some groceries for delivery thinking it would take a few days and got a phone call very quickly from Patricia about my order to confirm what I wanted and help me chose some items. A few minutes later I got a call from Rick who explained they didn't have the beer I wanted but he helped me with recommendations and I ended up with a lovely local stout. From my email to the moment it was delivered, it was nothing but a full service experience. The man who delivered left the groceries at the door for us as per instructed. He knocked to tell us it was ready to be grabbed and waited at a safe distance to ensure we got the goods. Thank you all for all your help.

Great meat pies and sausage rolls, limited food supplies in the morning!
A staff member picked up my sandwich I had ordered without gloves, but I’m not fussed!
Besides that cheapest place to eat on the mountain if you are on a budget!

Inflated prices on groceries are okay with the market being the only option at bigwhite, but when you’re inflating prices that much it would be nice to have cashiers that treat people with respect.
I was shocked by how rude your cashier was, who took it upon herself to lecture me about how to buy groceries….?
Will be stocking up from Costco from now on.

Very friendly and helpful. Good selection for a ski hill grocery.
