This hotel is in the perfect location, but unfortunately that's where the good review stops. Stayed in a family suite with another couple which had 2 double beds in the main area with kitchinette and 1 room with a double. Kitchenette was not stocked- just a few plates, 2 bowls, a couple cups and some silverware. No knives or cutting board. Floor was very dirty. Went and purchased slippers since bare foot wasn't an option in the room unless you wanted filthy feet. Beds were hard and pillows were thin. Air conditioner was in the main area and didn't cool down the separate room even with the door open. Basic amenities lacked such as half ply toilet paper with no extra roll and basic convenience such as there was no garbage in the kitchenette area so the bathroom garbage had to be used. Overall a disappointing experience that I would not recommend.

We really loved the location. But no stove and the price for the room was overpriced based on the lack of room service, run down space and overall amenities. We bought our own toilet paper and brought towels, good thing for that.

The rooms are not very good, but you're just beside Skaha Lake so location is absolutely perfect. The sofa beds are terrible. For children, they might be fine, but for an adult to sleep on one of these sofa beds where the mattress is paper thin, it doesn't make for a pleasant night. For what they charge, they could at least make some improvements. At least the service was good.

Location, location, location. This place is all about where it is located. Just like all hotels/motels these days, is suuuuuper overpriced for what it is.
Stay was good and quiet, which we appreciated. The only negative I had is that when I got to the room, there was an used towel behind one of the doors and a chapstick on the floor which looked like it had been there for a while. The pots/pans that were there, were so stratched up and dirty that I gave up on cooking ny morning breakfast.
Staff was very nice and friendly, rooms are spacious, and location is prime. You can use the amenities off the other two motels around such as the sauna, and heated pool. Lots of bbqs available with tables which was a nice treat.
Overall, I would stay again if I am on a budget or I can't find a hotel available last minute.

1.5 stars...
The good...
-friendly check in
-semi quiet until early am
-average in cleanliness
The ugly...
-lack of towels provided
-tiniest old school tv ever and in standard def at that
-the bed is super stiff!
-not much for guest services, you get what you get here. The office was closed for much longer than the 5 mins away sign said and I called the number and never was answered on my request as I left a msg and had to leave for Peachfest activities
-zero Kleenex in room
For $153 it is pricey for what you do get here
