Really friendly staff, no line inside. Might be a longer line in the drive-thru outside, but I can't understand the complaints. All of the staff was helpful, repeat the order to make sure it is correct and before preparing making sure the preparing process is made to our needs (like prepare a iced matcha latte without ice but use ice during the preparation process). Seems there are many loyal and happy customers coming back, the staff and customers know each other, so it's a nice and comfy atmosphere and quiet surrounding inside. Enough tables We can recommend this store
Long lineups in the drive thru are a fact. I've had to pass up the cue strictly due to the lineups a few times. Having said that, their cold brew coffee with salted cream cold foam is extremely good!
So I go to Starbuck all the time, but the last couple of trips to Starbucks at this location I'm finding the staff borderline rude & passive aggressive..Normally I luv Starbucks and find their staff bubbly.. Maybe they are having a hard time finding staff that want to work in penticton, IDK!!.) .. but the poor service is noticeable at this location!. Drinks and food were good once he got the order correct. ( Its why I gave 2 stars instead of just 1.)
So I came in because I needed to activate a Sim card on my replacement phone that got soaked . I purchased a passion fruit lemonaid for about $5.00 . I saw them make it out of a syrup on a full glass of ice . I think in ingredients the lemonade would cost less than $ .50 .I understand they have staff to pay and rent and power but for a for that price I want a real lemonade. On top of that I had to subscribe myself for Starbucks emails . So not only I get a glass of syrup and ice I now get spam from SB.
The service was fast and friendly. My drink and food was served fast. Only issue that I had was the Wifi was super slow.
