Really friendly staff, no line inside. Might be a longer line in the drive-thru outside, but I can't understand the complaints.
All of the staff was helpful, repeat the order to make sure it is correct and before preparing making sure the preparing process is made to our needs (like prepare a iced matcha latte without ice but use ice during the preparation process).
Seems there are many loyal and happy customers coming back, the staff and customers know each other, so it's a nice and comfy atmosphere and quiet surrounding inside.

Christine the acting manager is very rude. She was trying to coach us on a drink that I have been getting for years. Her attitude and tone was very unacceptable. . She belittled us in front of other customers. she told us that “ we have been getting free milk all this time and that Starbucks need to be charging us for it.” She tried to tell us how our drink should be and what we should be charged for like we were trying to cheat the system. There is a way to talk to people and explaining. Not treat customers like they are thieves. I have never been treated like this at any Starbucks. I have alway have had great service at Starbucks. This was very disappointing. I would like higher management to contact me on this matter. Thank you

Would give 4 stars everyday if this damn corporation stopped jacking up the prices! And NOT a fan of the new set up on the ATM where they make you take the machine and answer if you'd like to tip or not. I'm sorry it is a coffee, if the service is great, I'll happily tip on my own without you asking. I more than often would at least leave 10% for a coffee. The prices can't keep going up can they? I'll still try to support local coffee shops like Bright Jenny, Third Space, Sprout, Beanscene as much as possible.

Spoke with one of the acting managers Madi she was very rude and intimidating to resolve an issue. If she treats a customer the way she spoke to me I could only imagine the morale when she is working. I feel for the staff. Way to go Starbucks.
