Stopped in here to do some work and was pleasantly surprised at the top notch customer service from every single individual who works here. All very polite and friendly. The best Starbucks I have ever been to. Thank you all so much!
was having a rough day and so decided to treat myself, and this is what i got on the too of my cup from the drivethru!!! it made me cry thank you so much for doing things like this, it seems so small but it can be the biggest kind gesture someone has gotten in a long time. it truly made my day so THANK U also the drink was fire
What a lovely experience! We are just travelling through abd we were greeted by a super sweet Barista who decorated our to-go bag with stickers & well wishes. Then the shift supervisor Kris saw my daughter a little bored and brought out her personal colours & colouring book. Thankyou so much for these kind gestures 🥰
Visiting Kelowna briefly, I had the option to choose which location to go to, I wanted a drive thru location but ended up going inside anyways due to a line in the drive thru. I wasn't expecting the amazing service within this location! Every staff member was very kind and I got my order promptly! The message on my coffee was a great highlight to the start of my day. I am so happy that I chose to go inside for my order. Thank you thank you thank you for your amazing service! 😊
I usually go here and the staff are very friendly but. I think they might’ve hired a new staff, I’m not sure. But I gave them my order like I usually do since I usually customize one of the drinks. However she didn’t even care to look at the customizations and because that drink is for someone else and they usually get the order right. I didn’t look at it before leaving this time. It’s was only when I got back home and gave them their order it was wrong. Also my drink had so much more ice then usual? I don’t usually ask for light ice because it’s fine just the way it is but this time they loaded it up with ice. There was probably only 1 cup of drink in there. If I wanted ice I could’ve just grabbed some from my freezer instead of ordering the drink that I usually get. Today was just not it. Edit: We ended up calling and they had fixed the order for us. Personally I think that the staff that work the Night Shift are friendlier and they actually check the customers order. As a person who does waitressing, I don’t want to be rude and say they have to train their staff better. However it’s just that one staff that made a mistake and they had also fixed it and I really appreciate that. But please do make sure that your staff does check the customers order if it’s shown on phone, and as a waitress myself I do understand that I should have also checked the order myself so I am also in the wrong but they fixed it for me anyway.
