Payton made the best drink I ever had. I’m a bit intimidated by the variety in the menu as I’m not a big coffee guy, but she really stood out after I asked for a recommendation, and she thoughtfully talked me through some options and flavours available to make it a real treat. I’m used to big chain places like this being pretty run-of-the-mill, but this one is so great! Defs going to be going back here.

Disappointing Safety Standards at My Former Starbucks Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I have been a loyal customer at this particular Starbucks location for over four years, but recent events have compelled me to share my disappointing experience. Previously, I would visit the store daily, often purchasing multiple drinks. However, a series of concerning incidents has led me to sever my ties with this establishment. Several days ago, I noticed a broken-down vehicle parked in the Starbucks parking lot. To my shock, I discovered that a man had been living inside it. Over the course of three to four days, the situation worsened. The vehicle was lifted onto blocks, shopping carts with miscellaneous items were strewn about, and, incredibly, I even came across a weapon—a spiked piece of wood. Fearing for my safety and that of my children, I approached the Starbucks associates to address the issue. To my dismay, the associates informed me that they had indeed contacted a towing company but had received no response. Curious about this inconsistency, I decided to contact the towing company myself. Astonishingly, they had no record of any call from Starbucks, yet they promptly removed the vehicle upon my request. This morning, as I entered Starbucks to grab my usual morning drink, I was met by the manager. To my surprise, she became visibly upset upon recognizing me as the person who called the towing company. Her explanation left me dumbfounded—the manager confessed that she had allowed the individuals living in the vehicle to stay in the parking lot because she deemed them "nice people." The implications of this revelation are deeply troubling. Allowing individuals to sleep in the parking lot of a Starbucks location, where heroin use, weapons possession, and the establishment of a makeshift camp had occurred, raises serious safety concerns. This not only endangers customers but also the employees themselves. Such lax practices set a dangerous precedent and foster an environment that is far from the welcoming atmosphere one expects from Starbucks. Regrettably, I can no longer endorse this Starbucks location. The disregard for customer safety and the tolerance of potentially hazardous situations have left me with no choice but to find an alternative coffee shop. It is my hope that Starbucks addresses these issues promptly and takes the necessary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of their customers and employees. I urge anyone considering this particular Starbucks to proceed with caution. Your safety should never be compromised, and it is disheartening to see a trusted brand failing to prioritize the security of its patrons.

Always good experience. But this time, left us a bit less than happy. Not all of our order was right. Coffee when there shouldn't be coffee. Items we didn't order, we got.

The service is quick and the people are very friendly. There's a nice little sitting area outside. The place is kept relatively clean and parking isn't too bad. I've always found a spot every time I come.
