As a local, this is a must-visit place on your visit to Kelowna. The atmosphere is lovely and their patio is quaint on a sunny day. Great coffee and even better sourdough and pastries.
All-time favorite is their table loaf (I use this for sandwiches) and their cheddar green onion scones.
Today, we met friends here for brunch. I was blown away by the oatmeal with rhubarb compote. We also ordered the butcher sand which and soup. I recommend the butcher, among all sandwiches!
As for parking: there is paid street parking and a paid lot next to the bakery.

Coffee shop is big with a lot of seating options including the patio. Food was good but not great! Sandwiches lack the filling, you can taste more of bread and less of filling. Got 2 Americano Coffees, 1 Crispy Potato Bowl, 1 Vegetarian Breakfast Sandwich, and 1 Gardener Sandwich. Total was around $45, they didn't issue bill for the 2nd order which they said they would send with my order but they didn't, hence attaching 1 bill. Crispy Potato Bowls were good but the sandwiches were ok. Very less stuffing (pic attached). The gardener sandwich comes with the beetroot hummus and I don't think my sandwich had as it was orange colored hummus and they didn't bother to inform. Coffee was good in taste but was not served hot. It was not even served with like a Rosetta (Latte Art). Coffee Shops like these should. There was no milk available with the coffee, just the cream so had to ask the person at the counter to get it. Such a big coffee shop should have all the options available without having to ask. Coffees were any which ways served cold so asked if there is a refill and we were told we don't do refills with Americano but we do with regular drips so we said to refill with the regular drip, they said we don't with the Americano order. What sense does it make? You charge more for Americano and less for regular coffee and still refill is available for regular and not for Americano? With the Americano purchase, there should atleast be the refill of the regular coffee. Rates were a bit high compared to other coffee shops. When I asked the lady at the counter about the soup, she said we have Cauliflower Ham Soup and when I ordered within 2-3 mins, she said we are out of it 🤔 She could have told me before. They were out of soup at 1pm. They should make more considering the demand. Plus to get more ketchup, you need to ask at the counter and they get you from the kitchen which takes more than 7-8 mins ending up your food getting cold, is kind of annoying. Why can't it be freely available for someone to refill? Overall, the place has nice vibes but the experience and food could be better!

Ok the pics on Google don't do this place justice. I thought I was just going to a regular old bakery. Not so. These folks are legit crafting their bread with meticulous precision and passion, as well as making amazing sandwiches with sides like in-house ketchup and great coffee. All this in a huge warehouse-like space with high ceilings. There's a second floor, ground floor and patio area outside so tons of space.

My favorite brunch spot in Kelowna.
I love the rustic atmosphere and the quality of everything is top notch.
The coffee here was delicious! We got a cappuccino and an iced latte.
The crispy potatoes are a must-try. We ordered it with a side of cheese custard - yum!
For sandwiches, we got the Montreal Smoked Meat & The Ploughman. Loved the Ploughman, it was sweet and savory. The smoked meat sandwich we found a little dry. Be careful with the toast, it scratched the roof of mouth a bit 😂
We tried a friends’ Salted Rye Cookie and it was so fudgey and decadent.
A must-visit spot.

I loved this cafe/restaurant and would definitely come back when I visit Kelowna in the future. The place is quite spacious and they bake their own bread in the kitchen behind the counter. Everything that we tried was fresh, delicious, seemed like it was made with local ingredients. We tried two sandwiches, the Gardner and the Ploughmen. My personal favourite was the Ploughmen but the Gardener was also pretty tasty. We also got the crème brûlée donut as a dessert and I also grabbed an americano to wash down all the food. I loved everything that we’ve tried and the lineup was definitely worth the wait! Check this place out if you’re ever in the city
