Went in with bad ulcer flare up.
Parking was easy. Being registered etc was quick, was given triage room and saw doctor within the hour. Was tested, ultrasound, xray, given fluids and medication, total time spent 3 hours. Staff were very friendly and kind. Would go again for treatment. Thank you.

I've been to the lab & x-ray unit here many times and for emergency reasons once. The lab and x-ray services are excellent and expeditious, especially when you've booked an appointment online in advance. As for emergency services, if you need to see a doctor before 6AM, you'll be out of luck as there are no doctors on staff overnight.

I booked a lab appointment for blood work @ 1:20pm. At 1:50 pm I was still waiting to get registered for the lab. Never got my blood drawn! Never even got close to the lab registration desk! This is absolutely the worst organized facility I have ever been in. Incorrect directions from staff and walk in lab patients prevent people with booked appointments from even getting close enough to register for their booked appointments. Go elsewhere!

Front check in and registration staff were excellent but the doctor I saw was rude. I went in cause I could barely life my arms without hurting and he said “so what’s your emergency cause it doesn’t sound that bad”. Luckily there’s no other places int town to get looked at if you don’t have a doctor so don’t have any other option but to come back

My elderly father-in-law is in the Oliver Hospital. The staff basically ignore him. They leave him dirty and unattended. With one or two exceptions, the nurses on staff show no interest in his condition. They make no effort to help him and treat him like he doesn't matter. He receives no personal care. The lack of dignity and respect shown to him actually makes his condition worse.
On top of that, the administration is offering no help or guidance to improve his situation.
He receives no cleaning or even simple things like brushing his teeth - after a week in the hospital. Very painful for the family to have to watch.
Reading reviews online shows that this is normal at this hospital and the administration has made no steps to remedy the situation.
