We worked with Shea to renovate our Living/Dining/Kitchen in 2021/2022. It was basically a gut - including removing a number of walls to open up the space, moving the kitchen and expanding window and door openings. Shea's expertise was essential to getting it done quickly and efficiently: -He took care of permitting. -He was understanding and helpful about letting us step in to do work and help manage to keep costs down. -He was there to answer any questions (even outside of business hours on occasion). -His sub-trades (framing, electrical, insulation, drywall) were great to work with and did quality work on time. He was also really pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and approachable throughout the process. I would (and have) highly recommended Shea to others looking to do similar work. Thanks, Shea!
In 2020 we worked with SJT Contracting to remodel our home. The upstairs was basically stripped down to the studs, and Shea and his team helped to create an absolutely stunning, open concept living space, along with two bedrooms and the main floor bath. I’ll admit I’m a very particular person, concerned about every detail, and Shea definitely exceeded my expectations. I can highly recommend Shea and the SJT contracting team for any construction or renovation project. Shea’s professionalism along with his attention to detail made the experience far less overwhelming than I expected it to be. You can absolutely trust them with your project!
SJT Contracting was hired by my wife and I to redo a patio space on our home. They provided a clear and excellent quote, and ended up coming in under the quoted price. They were on time and extremely efficient. The cordination between the individuals was also succinct. The job was finished as promised and cleaned up as expected. I can't recommend this company enough! They were fantastic. If you want a job done properly, I would definitely get SJT to handle the work.
