Always friendly and helpful staff. Fresh produce and its well stocked. Unfortunately due to staffing issues the hot counter area is lacking. The onion rings and potato wedges and inedible most of the time due to being over cooked and the pizza area is often closed because of no staff.

The place is always tidy and has a great deli and bakery area with lots of choices.
They should upgrade their self checkout tills so you can either scan your save on card from your phone or enter your phone number. I usually end up over paying and not getting points because I can't use my card.

Get off work at 6.30am waited outside for half an hour for store open, done shopping came to pay thd lady at the till not even say Hi, no thank you, went to cutomer service want to ask about the card detail saw one lady standing I said Hi she look at me not even reply, and turn away grap the paper roles then walked away without asking what do I want, or tell me going to call other staff for me ...just walked away like I m invisible.
After spend over $200 there I want to return everthing and then walk away too. So bad customer service I guess I should change store to shopping from now on.

The store is fantastic, beautifully designed and the deli section is great. It is one of the only stores I can find good organic food options in all of Penticton!! They have a beautiful El Forno oven to make fresh pizza as well! Highly impressed!
