Nice location but some of the isles were empty. Hardly any Asian Food Selection. Most of the breads were out of stock. Small organic section. Bakery didn't have much selection of cakes. But there was plenty of Christmas clearance, incase you are looking to buy some. Found the staff to be rude. Manager Jamie also had problems in me taking pictures of the store, it seems to be against their policy. Upon confronting, he said that we have to maintain privacy of the female staff and customers. Store was pretty much empty, still not sure why they had problems and I did not find a single female staff working in the store. So it was clear that they simply had problems in anyone taking pics. Why register on Google if have objections in Google Guide taking pictures? They want you to seek their permission and I choose not to visit this location. Reviews can either build or destroy a business. I was just trying to help. Never had problems with other Save-on Foods location. Not sure if it's the Save-on policy or this locations but it wasn't a pleasant experience for sure.
Was greeted at the entrance by a intimidating Save On Security Guard. There was a time we were viewed as valued loyal customers. Now we are viewed as possible criminals where as the only criminal is Save On for gouging us on groceries.
I gave them 1-star as the delivery driver has always been a pleasure. However, every time I get a delivery they’ve either overcharged me or given me old produce. Yesterday, I called to discuss my latest issue only to be told they will call me back in less than 45 min. I’m still waiting. Moving forward, I’ll be spending my weekly $200 grocery budget elsewhere.
My cashier, Grace was amazing! She made my day so good, and was so fast with my groceries it made me smile. She had an amazing attitude and asked everyone she saw about their day. I love going to the save on foods in Cochrane because of Grace. She is the best!!!!
Bit of a smaller location a little bit busy produce looked good customer service was great, went in for a few things came out with a little more than necessary, which tells me they're doing a great job at the end of the day.
