Used to love shopping here. I stop here almost every day after work to buy items for dinner. Unfortunately with the obvious and ridiculous price gouging I am taking my business to superstore. 10 dollars for a mid sized tub of margarine. I dont think so. So instead of getting my 2 hundred or so a week I will give it to a store that isn't so obviously out of control. More people should do the same. On that note, great staff.

Worst grocery store but I generally love Save-On. Most of the check out people are rude, don’t pay attention and have no customer service skills. There are a couple of gems but for the most part this store has gone WAY downhill. Been shopping there for seven years Do better. Train your rude staff to step it up please.

One of the worst save-ons in town. The layout makes no sense. The entrance/exit is all backwards and forces traffic to criss-cross everywhere. The tills are completely congested at all times, leaving people confused and without any sense of direction as to who's open and where to go. Even the parking lot is a totally confusing mess. Store itself is typical, some prices decent, some not so much. Staff seem way overworked. I wouldn't recommend this location

Visiting Kelowna from out of town and needed some groceries. What a large and well kept store! Fresh meat, seafood, baking, produce and a nice deli section. I really liked the unique B.C VQA wine section. You're able to decide your meal and choose the wine your going to pair it with! They also have a pharmacy.

We will never shop there again. We bought groceries and 5 packs of cigars and paid for them at the customer service desk. I even gave the young girl working there an empty pack of the cigars so she knew what ones they are. She showed me 1 of the packs and I said "yes those are them, I'll take 5 packs" She bagged my stuff and I went home. When I got home I noticed she put 2 of the wrong packs of cigars in the bag. I took them down there and was rudely told that I should have noticed them before leaving the store because they were shorter and since I left the store they won't exchange them for the ones I paid for (which were more expensive than the ones they gave me) I had my receipt showing they charged me for the tipped ones!!
The lady said I would have to come back another time and talk to a manager. I know the lady is in charge of ordering the cigars. She isn't some young kid like most of the people working there.
So now I am out approx $40 for THEIR screw up.
Living in the Upper Mission we always went to this store but never again!
