The staff at the front desk was super awesome, my room Was not ready and they made a few changes and got me in before check in time, I appreciated that because I was tried from travelling from far. The room was clean, fresh and quiet… might I add the location is ideal right in The middle of downtown all restaurant are walking distance away, the main park and lake is across the road … overall great value for money
Staff are friendly, and it's centrally located, and the bed was decently comfortable, and the staff reasonably friendly. That's all I can say that's positive. The road noise from the highway is excessive, light sleepers need to avoid. Bathroom was not well cleaned, there were several long black hairs (none of us have dark hair) on the wall and door, and buildup of something in the corner outside the shower. Room was likely a converted king single room, as the two queen beds were jammed in the corner, requiring those next to the wall to crawl over the other person to get out of bed. The hide-a-bed, if opened, was less than 12 inches from the desk, making it difficult to get past the bed. If you are staying here with a family, I would check the room before you settle in. To add a final comment, I was not asked how my stay was when I checked out in person. There are many options out there. I will be looking elsewhere in the future. I recommend the same to anyone else.
Excellent service. They are very friendly and polite people. They helped us cover all our needs, they took care of our suitcases even after the check-out time while we walked along the beach and waited for the time to go to the airport. The rooms are equipped with everything required. WiFi service is good. Many places to eat are within a 5 minute walk. Recommended 100%.
I was recommended to stay at the Prestige Beach House Hotel and it was amazing. First, the location is easily found and accessible. They cater for both the able and the disabled body as there are proper resources to get to the rooms. It is located near the park and diverse restaurant and stores which was awesome. The service was amiable and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience that I would undoubtedly recommend to anyone and visit in future again.
Went to an event recently at the Prestige. The back room was spacious and yet very cozy. The decor took you back to the 1920s, love the black birdcage lighting. You feel quite transported to another time here. The bar is beautiful and the staff were wonderful. Love the comfy booths and stand up tables, encourages both mingling and private conversations. The West Coast Grill restaurant in the Prestige is also excellent, especially for Happy Hour. I live in Kelowna so I have not had the pleasure of staying at the hotel.
