When I first started to include strength training I didn't know where to start. I found Optimiize and am so happy I did. Scott and his team use the "start from the ground up " principal that I love. All the programs I've had have been safe and I have seen visible evidence of increased strength. I love the small group sized workouts that give each participant that feeling of individual support and proper guidance. I love the atmosphere and of course one of my favourite instructors is Karina. She'll push you and you'll love it... after! :)

Tremendous value!
My only regret is not making the investment in myself sooner.
The trainers set and adapt your program, teach you correct form and give pointers along the way and provide positive motivation to challenge yourself and progress.

Why did I start going to Optiiimize Fitness?
Simple movements became increasingly difficult. I started to notice parts of my body stiffening and weakening. Incidents such as the extra effort it took to lift my foot onto a curb or to stretch my arm to reach above my head became increasingly harder. I could feel the stiffness and soreness intensify throughout my body and came to the realization, I had to take action to enjoy an active lifestyle.
Scott and his amazing team of certified coaches have been encouraging and motivating me throughout my fitness journey for over a year now. In a very short period of time, the stiffness I was experiencing has been minimized from attending regular strength and mobility sessions. The pain and stiffness I once endured has been replaced with fluid motions and strength I have not felt in years. I have more energy, more alert, and a more positive outlook on myself.
I am glad all workouts are customized to my current level of strength and performance. The one-on-one coaching for strength or mobility sessions, help me to do each exercise properly. I feel safe, accepted where I am in my strength and mobility journey, and always encouraged by the coaches. Since joining Optiiimize Fitness, exercise has become a part of my lifestyle as a daily regime. Came here with my last hope after trying years of alternative treatments for my lower back injury in the past, and just blown away by the results ! Scott built a program around my injury and I cannot believe 9 sessions later and zero back pain !! And now feeling stronger and healthier than ever ! 10/10 recommend !!
