If I could give this dump zero stars, I would. The whole property is in shambles. Broken down vehicles in the parking lot, garbage everywhere and even their hotel sign is broken. The rooms are VERY outdated and disgustingly dirty. Hair everywhere, dirty hand prints, baseboards are broken and gross. The bathroom floor was so disgusting and floor was all cracked up. The bathtub had big chips taken out of it and was dirty. The silicone around the tub was all moldy and gross, the light switches were disgusting. I could go on and on......We stayed one night (had no choice) Went to a different hotel at a cheaper price too. Avoid this dump.... The pictures are obviously very old and deceiving

This is a great place to stay. We have been here 11 days now!
It’s close to everything yet it a peaceful little getaway. It has more green then most parks!
It has an amazing outdoor heated swimming pool, and an amazing indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, and an outdoor playground for the kids.
We have a full kitchen, full bath, bedroom with queen bed and the main area has a queen bed a sofa that’s a pull out single bed and a table and chairs. Honestly this place has been so much fun!
Rooms are a bit dated could use a bit of paint but overall we would come here again.
We will be back monthly just for a staycation.
Definitely been the only upside to the whole evacuation, 2023 too remember.

In the winter , this place offers monthly rates . This can be useful if you have visitors that are staying for an extended period of time. I have had the opportunity to stay at the Okanogan resort on two occasions. Both times my stay was enjoyable for a variety of reasons.
The pool and hot tub are well kept as is the property in general . There is a barbecue available for guests to use anytime.
My favorite part of staying there is the park like area in the center of the resort , it is accessible from almost every suite.
Due to recent events , the great complimentary breakfast that was served has not been restarted . I hope they decide to offer this service again in the future.
As an aside , Joey (my chihuahua) really enjoyed his time playing in the park .

We ended up cancelling our reservation. Got in to town late and checked the room over before unpacking. Photos online looked decent - a little outdated but cozy. In reality, our room was full of bugs (NOT bedbugs or cockroaches, but still, full of bugs crawling along the walls + ceiling), toilet was filthy and had not been cleaned before our check-in. Vertical blinds were missing panels, found them outside the sliding door on the grass. Sliding door didn’t have any security/bar. Sheets were stained, long black hairs on towels and bedding. Furniture was broken/stained. TV didn’t work. Cigarette ash in the cups provided on the table. Room was musty and super hot (AC wasn’t keeping up).
We asked the front desk right away for a refund, and had basically decided to spend the night in the car instead while we waited to check into an Airbnb the next day. Hotel staff immediately offered to show us a different room (almost as if this happens a lot…). Second room was a LOT cleaner (still needed some upkeep/repairs) but we still ended up cancelling the reservation and finding somewhere else.
To be fair, the guy at the desk was actually super nice and understanding. 10/10 for customer service (that night at least) but 0/10 for the actual state of the place. Many hotels and Airbnbs available for a similar price point that would have been in better condition.

If it was possible to give this zero stars, I would. Property is a dump with fundamentally dysfunctional rooms and amenities. Under-staffed, though the desk clerk tried valiantly to be helpful despite not being given the resources to do so. Incompetent absentee management by all accounts. Too little investment in maintenance or updates. Completely misleading photos online--this is a horror-show that is ridiculously over-priced for what is offered.
