The lady at the front desk was thorough and friendly. She described the room that we stayed in as not nice on the exterior but clean on the interior which was 100% correct. The grounds/courtyard/ pool area were immaculate. It made our stay a special one. Thank you OASIS INN!
I would give this a 0 star review if I could but it won’t allow me to. If you’re thinking about staying here don’t…… We checked in Aug 3rd got up to our room, which was a two bedroom suite, the room itself appeared clean we put our stuff on the beds and went noticed something on the wall in the one bedroom. Upon a closer look realized it was a bed bug we grabbed out stuff and walked out within minutes of being in there. I addressed my concerns with the front desk and she was helpful and agreed to give me a refund. I asked if they had reports of bed bugs before and she did not answer me, just continued to process my refund. She tried to tell me it was a “tree” bug but it most definitely wasn’t. After refunding me she asked if we used anything in the room, I said no other than pull out the sofa bed . She asked if we used the washroom and I said no she replied with ok good we are not going to go in and clean the room again…
It's a cute place, family friendly. We took up a few rooms with our group. There's a table on each floor to hang out and the bbq is perfect for grilling and eating in the gazebo. There's a grocery store and dollarama across the street.
Loved this place. We stayed here with multiple families. The staff were attentive. This inn met our family expectations.
I called them on August 9 because they did not give our security deposit back (we stayed there from July 31st to August 2nd). Contacted them through email on August 11th, and they said they would get back to us later that day. Never heard back. Sent three other emails asking for an update and they did not answer. Please, give my security deposit back.
