Nice little store but not much variety of organic foods It's like a little save on foods with high prices. Good selection of eggs and chocolates but less selection of coffee. Bakery is worth trying. Good selection of pastries and sandwiches 🥪 Staff is good too.

Shame on you for not supporting the youth in our community.
My son went in looking for his first job only to have the shift manager abruptly tell him he has to be 16 and walked away with my son's resume in hand. Didn't even look to see not only is my son only 5 months shy of 16 but, if he had flipped to the second page ... he would've seen the required permission form I signed. Plus. My son has classmates who work there. Who. Are 15. So????? Why was my son dismissed so rudely?
Not a good start of confidence for him seeing as Nesters sister box store (Save On Foods) won't even give my son the respect of calling him back despite the 4x he went into the store to talk to the hiring manager along with a reach out to a long time employee from my daughter who used to work there.
My son, who really wanted to put this company on his credentials and ACTUALLY wants to work when businesses are desperately short staffed???? I have nothing positive to say after what my son went through. At both stores.

Called about a product yesterday, employee very helpful. Went today at 11:30 am to get product, asked employee where product might be located. He said "I dont know. Go ask someone else, maybe at front or bakery." No other employees available, only 1 person on till and 13 people standing in line.
I understand they might be short staffed, but there should be a supervisor out floating the store to assist, or opening a second till. Customers are the most valuable component of their business.

Great produce, more expensive than bigger stores but better prices for higher end foods and friendly staff

Do better Pattison Group. Get your water filters cleaned and stop making excuses with boil water advisories or water restrictions. Only reason I can see is that it costs money to clean or update your water system. Pretty sure there is enough profit in your business to provide this service for West Kelowna residents in the middle of a wild Fire and Water crisis.
