Cannot say enough good things about this business. I just started using MP4U and not only is the food unbelievable with so many amazing options but I also have to say their customer service is top notch. I had a miscommunication with them (of which was totally my fault) and they actually went as far to personally deliver meals to my house so I didn’t miss out on my order for the week. I am amazed at how kind and generous the staff is. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. Thanks so much to all the staff for giving me such an amazing experience with this company…. I will definitely become a regular customer with them. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone !!

I was skeptical of ordering at first because my past meal prep experience was bland and I had to use hot sauce with everything … Whomever dropped off my first order thoroughly impressed my mom - Who apparently had a very nice conversation with a “total gentleman” and put my food in the fridge while I was at work. I then enjoyed a week of not having to think about what to make for dinner, stopping at the grocery store, and meals that were so well cooked and flavoured I was genuinely shocked. Totally worth not having to worry about how to/when to prep and make healthy flavourful food. If planning your next meal stresses you out, let MP4U take it off your plate. ;)

This place is everything I could ask for in an ideal lunch spot and more! Healthy, Gluten free, VERY quick, affordable, I could go on! They do breakfasts too! It’s awesome to have food on demand that’s made with real ingredients, and is faster than any McD’s or typical “fast food” joint out there! As someone with celiac, this place was a monumental find for me as ALL their meals are made without gluten since the owner/s also experience the same challenge. I’m pretty sure these guys even deliver, however i haven’t had the need to utilize that service since they are smack dab in the middle of town, reasonable to swing by from just about anywhere in town. I just got an email about all the new meals they’re introducing and that’s another great thing is how often they switch it up so you’re not bored… oh and did I mention how affordable it is?!.. Most reasonable gluten free, healthy lunch in the city. Looking forward to supporting this business more in the new year so they can maybe open a Westside location. Thanks MP4U!! :)

Meals are AMAZING and made with great fresh ingredients! Tastes delicious and more importantly HEALTHY. Staff is awesome! The protein donuts OMG (can't go wrong with any sweet treat)!! Very convenient. Love to quickly pop in and grab the ready made meals or order online. See you soon!!
