Received a beautiful bouquet of crysanthemums from this store that a friend ordered from a different province. They have lasted over a week now and still look good. The delivery man was polite and called ahead to make sure I would be home.
I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered at about 7:30 in the evening so obviously they are going out of their way to deliver on the day they were ordered even if really busy. They are so fresh and there is such a variety of different flowers. I am very impressed.
If I could give Negative stars I would fill the page with them. horrible place to do business nothing but crooks, and cowards. I ordered flowers for a friend fathers funeral though the internet as most of us are doing now. I was charged over 100.00 for the flowers which was posted to my recite including free delivery. The Day of delivery I got a call saying they want 20.00 more for delivery. He said it was to far to Peachland from Summerland. If that's the case they should not advertise FREE Delivery! I told them to just refund my credit card. It has been 3 weeks and no refund. I have sent three emails reminding them to refund my purchase as well as left 3 messages on over the phone. no response of kind. I am a business owner. If I treated my customers this way I would have been out of business years ago and deserved to be out of business. this world is tough enough as it is we should have to deal with incompetent and untrustworthy people
I made an online order the day before mother's day to send flowers to my mom and the order wasn't filled. For two days after mothers day I heard nothing. Then on the third day my order was refunded without so much as a phone call, explanation or consideration. Don't waste your time with a business who doesn't have the common courtesy to even communicate with you that they are unable to fulfill your order.
The flowers were nice, but the delivery was completely botched. I received an automated email that the flowers were delivered, but the flowers were not delivered. I had to ask the person I sent them to and she said she got nothing. The surprise was ruined. Then the next day martin's flowers decided to call a neighbor and ask if the address was correct. The neighbor said, yes just deliver the flowers! Also they did not return my call when I left a message asking about the delivery.
