We had a plumbing emergency and Living Water was super helpful/responsive and sent someone out immediately. Stu was super knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He actually took the time to show me what was going on and how I could do the repair myself in the future if needed. It was an all around good experience! Thanks again Stu!

The owner and his team are very knowledgeable and fast to respond to after hours emergencies. They have a great selection of equipment on hand so there isn’t a huge wait for fixes or replacements. We could not have been happier with the level of customer service and help we got. I highly recommend Living Water!

I dealt with Stu today, and he was incredibly helpful, rediculously hard working, and would not quit to first both diagnose the problem we had with sewer connection to the city, and then did everything he could to successfully solve it for us. Super thankful; these guys are great, and need to be the first one called when there's an issue you need solved!!!

We did not have a positive experience.
We called them for a leak in our hot water on demand, it was a small plastic coupling that was broken. They showed up quick, located the leak, and ordered the part. But they took 1 1/2 weeks to come back, saying the part wasn't in yet. Yet when I called Navien directly, they said they OVERNIGHT parts and that there had been no orders made by this company for our unit.
We waited anyways as we had already started working with them and were hopeful they could solve our issue.
They came back a week and half later, a new person showed up that didn't know the full details. He had to relocate the issue (remember we are paying for their time) and when he did find it he said it was THE WRONG PART...
So a week and a half wait and it was the wrong part. He used the gasket from the wrong part and tried to fix it anyways. It moved the leak to a different area and exposed a deeper problem.
This was a brand new unit, so I assumed it would be covered under warranty (the part they just replaced was!).
I got a call from the owner a couple days later stating that the person from the last company who worked on the unit (we had already replaced the same part) had mentioned freezing and so it wouldn't be covered under warranty, ( yet this person didn't know anything about possible freezing so this couldn't be accurate). BUT, the owner said the good news is they could replace it for $2400.
Well, we bought the unit for $1500 so that didn't seem like a very good deal to us. Also we didn't understand why some units would be covered under warranty and others not.... SOOOOO we called Navien again. GUESS WHAT! It IS covered under warranty, so is the labour (which they told us wasn't).
We now have a new heat exchanger (which took 24 hours to get to us! Not 1.5 weeks) and we have a new company coming to install it.
Either the folks at Living Water were lying to our face, or they don't have the correct information. Either way.... not impressed.
Navien on the other hand is an amazing company with incredible customer service!!! Highly recommend Navien.
I do not recommend Living Water.

Would definitely recommend this plumbing service, we are very thankful they could come close to midnight and fix the drainage. Since the problem was at a restaurant we are very thankful that they were able to fix it otherwise we wouldn't be able to open tomorrow. Thank you very much once again
