Our ‘regular’ vet was completely booked for the foreseeable future, and our dog tore his nail quite badly. Lindsey Vet clinic was able to get us in for an appointment the very next day, the staff was absolutely fabulous from the moment we walked in to the time we left. They gave us a quote prior to his day procedure and called me part way through to advise it would be slightly higher due to discovering an underlying infection. The communication, care, and overall experience at this clinic was amazing. Highly recommend to others. Our dog is quite comfortable at home now, and we are relieved he’s not in discomfort. Much appreciation to the Vet, support staff, and front end staff.. what a seamless day!

Lindsey Vet Clinic was so compassionate and caring when we had our big old dog cross over the rainbow bridge. My husband was so at peace with it. Later on, when we brought our new puppy, they were so patient and kind. We havnt experienced such incredible Vet services before! Really grateful for them!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else to bring my pets. I’ve been there for good visits and even the uncomfortable ones, but have always had professional service. Thank you for making me feel comfortable!

I have been using Lindsey vet clinic for years. As well as all family members in town. Today I had an emergency. Dog was bleeding needed stitches. They couldn't help at all in an emergency. Said they were fully booked and I should try another vet office in town. They couldn't help in an Emergency. This was the last straw. As last time they stressed my dog out so bad. So I found another vet today and won't be back.

We have been going to Lindsey veterinary clinic off and on for years. Now we have been traumatized by there clinic for a 2nd time, which is the reason we left the last time. First time we were traumatized was shortly after our dog Coco was found to have liver disease. Some how this led them to wanting to send her to a specialist to get her jaw broken and teeth taken out. we did not feel this was necessary and was expensive when her teeth were fine at the time. then this veterinary at the clinic said we can adopt your dog out, if you cannot afford it. we did not go back there for a long time until we were assured that "that vet" had quit. fast forward to April 8, 2022 when we were to take out dog Asia to them to be put down as she is unable to walk or when she does she falls. Dr. Robertson was the vet at the clinic, we found out later that day. anyway we had a veterinary assistant put us in a room that was a regular examination room, which was not the plan. my wife then said why are we in here? if this is where it is being done we would not stay. The vet assistant at the time then left, stating she would see if the other room was available. then Kim a different vet assistant (who was amazing) came in and explained she would be doing most of procedure but asked if we wanted to talk to vet before hand. my wife said she did want to talk to the vet before hand as she had a relevant question about whether dog would feel pain. my wife was crying, given the circumstances. The vet Dr. Robertson then came into the room (body posturing) stating "why are we here today?" then my wife said "if you do not know what we are doing here, maybe we need someone else." Dr. Robertson had arms crossed and was very standoffish, did not seem to want to be there. Then he accused us of being rude to staff (apparently referring back) to when we stated we did not want to be in the exam room vs. the family room which had been planned, long in advance. The Dr. Robertson says " i guess were not doing this today" and then he left the room and please leave. then the vet assistant left the room and Kim the very compassionate one came in and was just listening, and seemed as though she wanted to help us. The Dr. Robertson came back in the room and said he called the police and we needed to leave and told nurse Kim to leave the room and was very demanding. We then asked for the vets name...which he refused to give to us. we had to call back in later to ask which vet was working to get the correct name. Then we told the doctor how we felt about him and left, considering to this point, we had been pleasant but crying and upset. we will never return to this clinic again and will never support them as a vet clinic. Worst experience ever. I will also be writing this veterinarian up with this college. I will say Dr. Nixon has bee a great vet at this clinic but we will not return because of how traumatized our family is.
