THE BEST customer service! Family run business, the nicest couple you’ll ever meet. I’ve been using King Rooter plumbing for my daycare business for 10 years and time and time again they save my butt. I cannot operate without running water. These guys have bent over backwards to help me multiple times. Fantastic, efficient and friendly service and reasonable prices.
Our hot water tank pilot light went out and would not re-light. Evan came and determined that tank had a leak and needed to be replaced. He also used the auger on a drain that really needed it. (We would have had to call him back had he not done this) The replacement work was done quickly and effectively. Our little girl really enjoyed watching him and followed him around the whole time. We hired King Rooter for trenchless replacement of our Poly B water main and couldn't be happier with the service and results. We were initially hesitant as they provided a quote over the phone and without seeing our house/what they were working with. They also quote by the day vs by the job like a few other companies we had quotes from. We decided to go with King Rooter based on the confidence and clear expertise that came through via phone call with Tristan; it was clear this is a service they specialize in. On the day of the service the team of three - Evan, Nick and Tristan - were here bright and early, set to work right away, and were able to maneuver around obstacles and challenges as they came up. They went the extra mile to even correct pre-existing plumbing issues that weren't related to the job at hand. They finished the job within the day, left our place cleaner than they found it with minimal disruption to our yard, and with better water pressure than we had before. This is probably the most positive experience I've had with any trade, and will be recommending King Rooter to anyone with plumbing needs - trenchless or otherwise.
King Trenchless replaced our burst water service line with minimal digging. They have the technology and expertise to ‘see’ underground and do a mostly noninvasive pipe replacement - sort of like a coronary artery bypass graft without opening the sternum. Very professional, excellent communication through the job, thorough, efficient, and considerate. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing repair.
