We stayed 2 nights, Friday and a Saturday. Parking was a breeze, check in was the same. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Our room, 404 was excellent. Quiet, away from the elevator and ice machine (nice touch having it in an enclosed room to deafen most of the noise). Our bed was very comfortable and the a/c was effective if loud (but masked the unavoidable road noise from the busy street directly in front of our wondow). The bathroom was clean and the shower was too shelf. The hot tub was a nice, hot temperature, I didn't try the pool. Very busy and noisy (again, unavoidable). The free breakfast was excellent. Note that there is a $12 per day parking fee that we were not made aware of, either when booking or when checking in. Natasha, a different woman than we checked in with, offered a 50% discount (which suggests the fee could have been waived entirely). Left a negative impression, unfortunately.

We stayed at this hotel recently during our road trip. The hotel is new and very nicely maintained. The staff is very friendly. The location is very close to downtown and Marina. The restaurant is also good. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with family.

This isn't a five star hotel, but you would never know that when interacting with staff. A five star breakfast and really going above and beyond if you ever need anything is standard operating procedure at this hotel. I hope they really pay their employees well because they deserve it. Sets this place apart.

I stayed at this hotel w family for a few days. The rooms were pretty good and the bed were very comfortable! Only thing was the bathroom door hardly closed all the way and was broken so it didn't lock. And aswell as the water pressure was horrible. Whenever we came down to the 'buffet" they could not serve a full house whatsoever! They had a small counter where they would possibly serve hundreds of people and since the area and the portions of food were so small the line be so long. The food was literally below mediocre and when it was busy they would insist on us taking either one option or dessert or meat or the other which I've never heard of a buffet do before. Besides that the stay was pretty good but I feel that those are pretty big issues especially the food part of my review.

They have nice clean rooms. But unfortunately they cannot handle a sold out weekend. Breakfest area setup took a min 30 min of standing and you would be lucky if there was anything to eat. Never got to eat once all weekend.
