I have had Houle Electric in my home and my business to fix electrical issues. They have always been fantastic to deal with and their technicians have always been great at explaining everything in easy to understand terms. I have spoken to a number of folks, both at the office in Victoria and here in Kelowna, and everyone was great. We had alarm issues stemming from internet issues, and had a tech by the name of Mike come out to try and resolve the situation. He arrived early, had a pleasant disposition (despite the awful weather outside) and was able to fix the problem. I am delighted with the level of service and knowledge the staff has.

Called Friday at noon for a small commercial job. The dispatcher said the scheduler wad away, but they would be able to install a 220v plug Monday no problem. Monday comes around and they drop the ball. Not only that, they strung me along saying they would call and think they could do it. They never called or returned my message and cost our project more than a thousand in lost time. Would never ever call them if there is any requirement to get it done.

First time using Houle. Excellent service, from Jen at the front desk to Michael, the electrician who installed a chandelier for us. Will look to Houle in the future for our electrical needs!
