Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean, not sure if an upgrade was given. Beds and sheets are extremely comfortable, no noise complaints either. The only negative: our room keys stopped working one day before departure and had to be configured twice.
Their Sunday brunch is sooo worth the money. Love sitting outside and enjoying the view. Rece try there has been allot of new staff which makes service a little bit lacking, but overall this is a fantastic hotel. Rooms are very nice and this is an amazing venue for weddings and events.
We've stayed here a few times when we're going to be staying in Kelowna...generally we have really looked forward to the whole experience, especially the restaurant, but this last weekend, they had the absolute WORST young women working...I know it's hard to find help these days, but to the owners, you need to shop a little harder and maybe send a secret shopper in on the weekends to see how your patrons are being treated. Hopefully this is just a temporary thing, but I'll never know because we'll never be back, which is a shame because it was our go-to. I only leave feedback when I either get awesome service, or service so bad that it's worth mentioning, and this past weekend (08/05/23) was bad enough to be worth mentioning. Seriously, get better servers. You used to have some really really good staff.
I loved our suite with the claw foot jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake! The kitchen was super cute. Bed comfortable. Some of the floors in the common areas were dirty. A bit understaffed. I enjoyed the hour of kayaking included with the room
Stopped in here for dinner. Was great views and pleasant atmosphere. Food was good, not great. One mistake with my daughter's food order. Rather than leaving the food, they took it back and returned 14 min later.... the rest of our family and friends were done meals by this time.... Disappointed.. Probly won't be back.
