Andrew who showed up at my mother in-laws place for the second time to help out with electric issues was very respectful and polite. Speaking with Dianne on the phone was a breath of fresh air due to my mother in-laws heath issues. My wife and myself live in Calgary and are extremely impressed with Homes Electric Ltd. I moved to my home in West Kelowna recently and since I am a senior citizen and not familiar with how to fix even the smallest electrical problem I was very nervous about what to do when one of my alarms started beeping loudly in the middle of the night. I phoned Holmes Electric and spoke to an extremely helpful and understanding lady on the phone named Dianne. This happened a couple of days before the long weekend and it was impossible for a technician to be sent to my home until about a week later. Dianne gave me extremely helpful information about how to try and fix the problem myself in case it was something minor. My son arrived from Vancouver for a short visit and together we fixed the problem, which ended up by being quite minor. I was overcome with gratitude for the kindness and help provided by Dianne of Holmes Electric. I will be sure to use this company for any future electrical problems.
Excellent service. In this day and age when you cannot depend on the quote being accurate and the company actually showing up to do the work , this company came through with both. I don’t think I can explain in words how pleased my wife and myself are with the work that was performed, and don’t forget about, John then tech , knowledgeable and very courteous. My family and I had to recently call Holmes Electric for an emergency and right from the start, my initial call to their office, they're immediate action, service, all the staff were amazing! They were on it, helped make a very scary experience better and i did not have to remove my family from our home. Thank you too each and everyone of you for coming to our rescue! Mike Holmes and Dave from Holmes Electric came to our rescue recently. We had an electrical problem with visitors coming to stay with us. This electrical problem would have had a bad impact on their stay. Mike and Dave are contractors you can count on. Professional, efficient, on time, great communicators with the right price.
