RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT, NOT DOG FRIENDLY
Save yourself the stress and your money and don’t stay here!
People managing this motel are rude and unprofessional. We arrived late after a long drive and were met with sighs of annoyance and snide comments.
Stayed 2 nights and complied with all policies, we were quiet and respectful, left room spotless and we’re charged almost $600 because we had dogs. Dogs not allowed on the grass and we took them with us every time we left the room… these people are out to rob you of your money, so disgusting!! What on earth is a pet charge of $30/per pet per night for???? Pets left no mess and weren’t even allowed to go anywhere on the property. Just awful. I’m so upset I chose this place, HUGE MISTAKE.

Accommodating people is literally why it's called an accommodation. Perhaps you are in the wrong business if you aren't willing to do this?
1 towel was dirty from human feet as it was a BATH MAT and shower leaked like crazy.
No concerns were brought to our attention re. loud voices or cursing?
No problem re. DO NOT RENT list, you couldn't pay me to go back here!
Cheap, gross, old motel with some "lipstick", charging astronomical prices comparable to a luxury resort.
Pet deposits are normal practice for hotels and a small per night fee. Perhaps consider this in future if you want people to actually stay here with pets.

Our second year coming here and if we can, we'll do so again next year.
Location is unbeatable.
Literally across the street from a beautifully maintained park and beach.
Almost like our own (nearly) private paradise.
The winds tend to kick up in the afternoon/evening but not to an intolerable level.
15 minutes to Penticton.
Malcolm and Lavette are gracious, pleasant, accommodating hosts.
There's a few motel rules but nothing untoward. We found the rates very reasonable considering time of year (both years Canada Day 🇨🇦) and location.
OK Falls is a quiet but lovely town in the heart of the bench and HBRM is an ideal base location to explore the area.
Would absolutely recommend.

I live nearby and have had friends and family stay there. All were happy with their stay.
Sadly it is closing down and now there is nowhere for casual tourists to stay in Okanagan Falls

Had a bad experience at another motel on the long weekend and panic searched for a place to stay. Holiday Beach Motel came up and we booked immediately. Upon arrival the staff were amazing! We lucked out and got a recently released room. Lucky for us. We bought steaks to cook on the barbecue and to our luck they had 2 barbecues in an amazing location on the property. Not only barbecued our steaks but got to enjoy the cleanest most amazing views. While barbecuing we got checked on to make sure everything was working properly and had a lovely chat with one of the hosts. One of the cleanest coziest rooms that was equipped with everything we needed! I would recommend and will be coming back whenever I can!

My friend and I spent a night at the Holiday Beach Resort Motel in OK Falls this June. We arrived by bicycle on an unseasonably cold and rainy day. The owners allowed us to check in a little early to get warmed up and offered the use of a hose to clean off our bikes before storing them for us.
Our room was comfortable and included a well-stocked kitchenette. The motel is right across from a beautiful lakefront park and, despite the bad weather, there were people out enjoying the lake. Canoeing seemed to be a particularly popular activity.
Overall, I enjoyed our stay and really like OK Falls.
