Was in town for a powerlifting meet and needed to get a quick gym session in. Staff was accommodating with the free drop-in and had an excellent day.
Plenty of clean, well working machines; staff very friendly; and overall crowd was courteous to one another while still having a serious approach to training.
Would have liked to see a little better barbells (something like rogue power bars), but overall cannot complain.

Hats off to Good Life Kelowna gym. You closed the gym for three days during the devastating fire tragedy in our beautiful community.
Yesterday you welcomed us back and to our surprised you installed gigantic air purifiers.
Well done to our amazing GM Christina and staff.
Thank you for everything you do for your members.

I enjoyed my sessions with my personal trainer, Sean Mason. He is an excellent personal trainer.
One of the great takeaways was when I was having issues with bench pressing. Every time I bench-pressed, my shoulder started hurting. When I showed him how I did it, he said, "I know exactly why your shoulder is hurting," and taught me how to do it properly. I have had no issues ever since.
During the breaks between workout exercises, he did not waste time and shared a lot of helpful knowledge about working out with me.
And the staff there are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the gym!

Have been a member off and on for years here. I dropped my membership 5 years ago due to the poor equipment condition and the facility itself being in poor quality shape. Got another membership last year and things have gotten a little worse than previous. On any given day a lot of the Cardio equipment is either tagged “Do not use” due to Maintenance, and the stuff that is useable either doesn’t function properly (Screens not working, TV no working or HR monitor out to lunch). They have fixed the shower water flow issues which is great, but toilets are often plugged and the sinks are also often plugged. Tissue boxes, Hand cream Dispensers and Shampoos/Soaps are often empty (not a big issue but still ?) . The Air ducts/diffusers are also covered in a heavy dust, and from what I’ve seen, they’ve been like this for some time. Great location and the staff seem pretty friendly though. Hopefully they get a handle on their Cardio equipment and management of the facility in general. Will continue to go though and keeping fingers crossed

Another wonderful experience at Kelowna BC was made possible with warm and welcoming hearts of Jean and Norris. After multiple attempts at Another Gym I called Goodlife fitness. (I am sorry but I do not disclose the information of other places where services were not provided. I don't know their side of the story abd do not hold a degree to Judge others).
I spoke with Norris over the phone to enquire about drop in procedure. He gave me all the necessary information that I needed. I met Jean at the front desk, Norris was helping another member of the gym at that time. Jean was equally warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. We had a little conversation while we were working on my Drop In paperwork. I was offered towels that I didn't take (I always carry my personal hygiene items and towels handy). One of those best brief conversations you have in life that make you feel that this world is full of kind and compassionate people. Anf here I am writing about another review. Thank you Norris and Jean. You guys are full of positive energy and vibes. I hope yo see you both very soon.
Thank you for being so humble. 🙏
