Well this was an interesting experience, which I have NEVER had happen before!
My husband wanted Mothers Day flowers for his mother who resides in Oliver. He spoke to someone in another florist shop on Friday stating what he wanted but had forgotten his wallet in the work camp, therefore would call her today. He texted me today but I was busy & had not looked at my phone, stating the person he had spoken to was not answering the phone. He was very busy and wanted me to see if I could call another shop & leave our visa info with Yvonne. So I did try to call but no answer, and was reticent to leave mY visa number on a voicemail & asked that they call me back. Unbeknownst to me my husband had said that $50 was what he wanted to spend, and to not include too many carnations( we have had multiple occasions with high $ .. horrible flowers). I did call back & leave my visa on answering machine bc I saw the time & knew they would be very busy. They did call back & I gave her our visa number. I asked if she could email me a photo of the flowers. She said yes but nothing was discussed as far as price went. Had I known the $ limit my husband put on I would most certainly had added to it bc I knew it was late & there supply was probably low. I assumed we were getting flowers there on time.
Sooooo I come into the house to get my dogs their dinner & I have a voicemail, I listen to it and am incredibly UPSET. ANA had left a voicemail saying they cannot take a picture, and $50 is very very little amount to spend and bc my husband had said not any carnation( but in fact he stated not too MANY carnations) she didn’t have many other flowers she would refund the money to the visa & not going to send anything, because they had to deal with a lot of delivery’s and a lot of things going on, she could not handle this at the moment.
WHOA what the HELL!!! My mother-in -law( who’s in her mid 70’s )now will having nothing coming from us. Well ..thank you OLIVER ..for your incredibly poor service in this establishment and the other florist shop!! I will never order from the florists again, for Christmas, or Birthdays, or any other time in the future. Had I read the other poor reviews I would have attempted to send something by AMAZON!

What if all I had to spend was $50 on some flowers for my mother-in-law?
SHAME ON YOU for suggesting that wasn’t enough, some people do not have the luxury of spending MORE money!

Horrible first visit will never go here again. I placed an order for corsages last year and was said to pick up that evening on my way home, she said she would be closing at 4pm though her hours said she closed at 5pm. When I went to go pick up the corsages the next day (even though I live 45 minutes away) and as listed her address on google is in Osoyoos, I looked everywhere and didn't find her shop. I called her and had asked for her address and she told me the shop was in Oliver, and she quickly ended the call. Then I went to Oliver and I was unable to find the address there and therefore I called her again to make sure where I was and how to get there. Instead of telling me the address again and guiding me where I was to go to she told me that "I already told you the address". After finding the place on my own when I went to the shop, I told her I was here to pick up the corsages, I had asked her why she had spoken to me like that on the phone and she said that she gets annoyed when the same person calls her over and over for the address. I said that's not very nice. I had asked her why she had closed early the other day, she said it's because she was working alone and her excuse was that she was waiting for me. She began yelling at us, stating that she didn't want to give our flowers anymore and told us to leave the store. And even though I had sent her the money already via e-transfer I told her if you don't want to give us the flowers then to return our money. She started yelling again, saying "no I worked on these flowers and I am not going to." She told us to shut up and she smacked the table multiple times. The owner was very rude and displayed much attitude, would give no stars at all. Do not recommend this flower shop to anyone or would never go there myself ever.

Terrible or no customer service skills. She isn’t kind. Unable to communicate effectively and comes off as hostile, aggressive and racist even though she has an accent. Don’t give a cent to Ana Reis or to any one who is narcissistic enough to name a cheap “boutique” after themselves

I sent a Mother's Day bouquet and was not overly impressed once I saw a photo.. the price was much more than the resulting Gerbera daisies and carnations! I couldn't believe it. I've had much more exciting bouquets from grocery stores for half the price of what I paid for these. It was pretty, yes, but not what I was expecting at all. The only reason I am giving this store two stars is because the online form was easy to fill out.
