Very clean. Nice new large room. David at reception was very pleasant and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub. Excellent breakfast had everything that you would want. Nicely serviced and clean. As good if not better than the big brand chains. Will stay here again.
Could not choose the option to add my cat when I booked online. I called to add the pet and was told there are no vacancies, but Ken the front lobby staff said he can figure something out when we arrive. When I arrived I was told our room that was booked online for $300 was not pet friendly. It's now past midnight and there are no more vacancies in any nearby hotels as its long weekend. His solution was to offer us an additional pet friendly room for $338. We paid for both rooms. Next day I called to speak with a supervisor (Brian) to ask if we could get a cheaper rate for that second room and I was told it's the "long weekend and it's supply and demand, this is how we make our money, any other weekend it would have been $99 a room". Considering we had already paid for the first room, and we were told there were no vacancies and suddenly that pet friendly room became available when we showed up and knowing no one was going to book it, they could have been kind and offered it at a lower price. Nice cash grab and not caring about a paying customer. We called to try to speak with supervisor before leaving this review, but Brian was very rushed, short, and unkind. Explains why it was the only hotel with vacancies on a long weekend. Do better.
Our stay was wonderful, clean suite, nice breakfast, and amazing staff! Dale even came and wiped off a bench for us after it had rained. The room was quiet and on the main floor, as we had just come from the hospital. All the staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile. The rates are very reasonable as well! We will definitely be back!
Oh boy, this place is so bad I had to leave a review from just the phone call I experienced, I haven’t even stayed here! I called the front desk to ask a question before I booked my room for myself and 2 others and didn’t even get a hello how are you?? Anyways after I asked my questions all he said was “nope,” didn’t even bother to suggest some recommendations or anything at all, as soon as I realized he had poor customer service all I said was “ok thank you” and he hung up on me when I was still going to ask something else. It was max a 3 min phone call, didn’t even give me the time of day, at least I’ll be saving my money and my sanity consideration a lot of the reviews are bad along with their replies, they don’t care at all. -0/5
If you wanted to spoiled your trip, then definitely this is best place. The worst experience, I ever had in my life, specially the staff Linda. I reserved the hotel online and put my credit card online. We reached there around 12:30Am. I forgot my Credit card by mistakenly but I had a picture of my credit card in my phone and I can pay through apple Pay. She said she need it physically. I said we can show you two photo id’s or we have cash and debit card, but she didn’t accept it. We request her many times, that you can put my credit card manually or I can show you my bank account and you can verify my credit card, but she refused. We said we have small children with us, instead of helping is, she yelled on us. All the hotels were booked during that night, we have to sleep in our car the whole night despite of reservation.
