We spent there two nights with my family. Great customer service, amazing breakfast and decent rooms. Considering the cost amazing place and we would definitely stay again if we have a way around. Cost includes gym, pool and hot tub. Read the reviews and had some hesitations but I’m glad we decided to give it a try. Some of the people expect to have a Hilton for a few bucks per night. Don’t let those reviews misguide you. Very nice place, friendly stuff willing to help us with anything what we needed.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that there were no bedbugs, and the location was convenient. Other than that, the way we were treated and the method in which a misunderstanding was handled was atrocious. In the morning, after spending one night, we were accused of running up and down hallways at 4am. The manager called at 11am the day after to inform us of the complaints, and requested that we desist. We did not argue, and said something along the lines of, “yeah, okay sure. We were not awake at that time and were woken up by it ourselves, but we’ll make sure we are extra quiet”. Not five minutes later, the manager marched to our room, and immediately began aggressively berating everyone present. My attempt to deescalate (asking why he was so adamant it was us, even though there were rooms with loud teen boys down the hall from ours) was met with further yelling and aggression, telling us to pack it up and get out. We sat and discussed further action with the manager gone, and concluded that we would continue to defend our stance. We spoke with him again, giving video evidence we had taken at 11pm where everyone was in bed, and about to head to sleep. The manager eventually said we could “put it behind us”. In the end he could not even admit any wrongdoing. That night and the next day was spent in an anxious and paranoid state, video documenting where we were and what we were doing every hour. During that time, we recorded teen boys running down and stomping about the halls. The manager at this establishment desperately needs a crash course in customer service, and should consider working in a different industry. (I think he could also benefit from being more truthful as he moves forward, as he both stated that ‘every room down this hall complained’ and ‘no one else is staying down this hall so it had to be you’) The whole stay was unwelcoming, and certainly not somewhere any one of us would book again.
(The breakfast is also nothing to boast about, the heaters were broken resulting in a freezing sleep, the room was humid during the day, and we lost power for about an hour on the first night)

Promise you that where we checked in was something different. Someone is watching us we know. Our friend staying at the top floor of this 3 bed room was yelling from nightmare in the middle of the night. I can see at the end of my eyes this old woman in black clothes staring at us.we are not going back to that hotel.

If you are thinking about staying in this hotel, don’t. The manager is extremely unprofessional and rude, the room we stayed in did not have a heater properly working, so we went down to the lobby and asked what they could do for us. We eventually got 2 small heaters that we brought back to our room and when we plugged them in, a breaker shut off and we were left without power for a good while. After a tolerable nights sleep, the manager came banging on our door at 11am saying we needed to pack our bags and go. Apparently we were being kicked out for “being to loud” and “running up and down the hallway at 3am” but we were in bed at 11pm after a long day of driving. We tried to tell him it wasn’t us, but it was no use, we were being blamed for somebody else’s wrongdoing. Overall, not a good experience and I do not recommend staying in this hotel at all.

Shower is always cold, the water goes hot for about 15 seconds. Suite was depressing and renovations were being done above, while there are other empty suites i could have been put in instead. Breakfast is just a piece of bread, cheese, and meat. You will hear and be woken up by people staying next to you as well. Overall terrible experience, never coming back, and don’t recommend to anyone else either.
