When an appliance stops working, the stress starts - Dom-Tech is a Whirlpool Authorized Repair Partner, and once I got a hold of the manufacturer, this wonderful company quickly made contact; credit to Cherie who emailed while I was still on the phone with Whirlpool! Fantastic! And this energy and service was further proven when Nick arrived, replacement part in hand for our digital-display range; already deducing what the problem was, having analyzed the problem over the phone - again; Fantastic! And no waiting! Nick - our young, enthusiast Technician was actually not just “on time”; but early! Super engaging and happy to answer and explain queries and concerns, a sure sign of my senior state… But proof of exceptional customer service, patience and understanding. This company makes the stress of an appliance needing a repair something of a “pleasure” of dedication; Thank You All - I’m thinking Management has something to do with this too - so I say “All” with sincerity to show appreciation to everyone of you. And again; Fantastic!
Sunday night we noticed the top part of our fridge was not cooling at all. Called Dom Tech at 8 AM Monday morning only to be told they could come Tuesday at the earliest. Dale, the technician, called and said he could come on Monday to diagnose the problem. Dale stayed for 2 hours to get as much done as possible, needed a new fan but not available until Tuesday. Tuesday AM he returned and our fridge running like new in 1/2 an hour. The service was outstanding, Dale was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. We will not hesitate to use Dom Tech again and highly recommend them. .
I had a dishwasher error code that prevented a cycle from going through, the repairs technician Ken was able to diagnose the issue within just a few minutes. I appreciated that he explained what was happening and why in a way that I could understand, was professional and friendly.
Love this company! Today was the second encounter I have had with Dom Tech and they are always professional and do what they say they are going to do. When I called to book a technician to look at my dishwasher, I was told I would hear from a tech in 2-3 days and that’s exactly what happened. Ken was absolutely brilliant! Great communication and showed up when he said he would, helped diagnose the issue with my dishwasher and was super kind and helpful when I called after he left to answer a few questions I had. Way to go Dom Tech - a solid business for sure!
I would highly recommend Domtech anytime. I was helped promptly and professionally by Jean who went above and beyond to help repair my oven when I’d been without one for several weeks already. She did not hesitate in sending out another professional technician Dale who was both prompt and very efficient and who worked around my schedule to help get my oven repaired.
