Oak + Cru bar prices are all over the map. Happy hour old fashioned’s are 10 dollars. Extremely reasonable. They are not great as far as a good old fashioned goes but for the price quite good. However, house white wine was 22 dollars a glass!!! That is highway robbery. Margaritas were horrible. The worst margarita I’ve tasted anywhere in awhile. For a “high end” hotel the bar experience was sub par at best. Bar experience could be massively improved. Rooms are clean and nice. Hotel is beautiful. Pool is in disrepair and in need of renovation.
Edit: talked to the bar this morning about the cost of house white. They made an error and refunded us the difference. House white should have been 15 per 9oz glass.

Excellent stay here if a little overpriced. But you are paying for the location and the services. Parking is an extra charge and there is no breakfast included package, which can make it quite expensive. Equally breakfast is all plated with no buffet option, but the plates were excellent.
Staff were excellent and friendly across the board. Room was clean and great to see tiles instead of carpet. Only minor comments is the towels are cheap. A little thin for the costs incurred. Also the air con is extremely loud. The shutting on and off is almost a sleep deterrent.

Excellent hotel for a delightful long weekend stay! From the moment I booked my reservation, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care shown by Deren, the Rooms Controller. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience would be smooth and enjoyable.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Michael at the front desk. Throughout my entire stay, he proved to be incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.
Hotel itself was nice too. So many activities you can do in the hotel so next time I want to stay longer. (highly recommend truffle fries from the Oak restaurant!)

Checked in this past Friday for Canada Day long weekend, the lobby was busy but the check-in staff did an amazing job of staying professional, calm and productive. I’d like to point out our client service representative, Nick, he was exceptional. I’ve checked into a lot of hotels around the world and his service was among the best I’ve received. Location, hotel and rooms are 5-star. We will definitely be back!

The Delta hotel was our home during the recent fire evacuations. The entire team went well above and beyond with everything they did for the evacuees including setting up a family game room was great idea for the kids spend time. Everyone from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff were especially friendly making the hotel feel like our temporary home away from home during the evacuation!
