    Easy pease-y drop in for an open gym session. Nice clean facility and friendly staff :) thanks for letting us get a good workout in! Hopefully will be back for another workout or two before heading back to Ontario.

    This is a great gym because the coaches are fantastic! I have tried other gyms in Kelowna that were good but they were only aerobic with very little personal instruction. At Community Athletics, I get a lot of strength coaching as well as aerobic which has given me tremendous fitness.

    Visiting Kelowna and had a great workout today.Great hands on coaching, extremely well received by everyone, great community. Ray was a rave partner. Unfortunately for the gym, I managed to up-weight the average age of members (including drop-ins). I also managed to scare everyone a few times by over reaching some hand stand walks. Hoping to join several more workouts there.

    Kelowna CrossFit is the place to be if you are looking for a box in the Okanagan. The professional and humble attitude of the coaches make it unique in a way that allows you to take pride in being part of the Kelowna Wildfire. The coaches are concentrated on coaching and making their athletes better all around. The programming has been incredible and equally balanced between all domains of CrossFit. Lastly and most importantly, the community that Kelowna CrossFit has created is specially unique where the members look forward to going to the gym and participating in different events/activities (hiking, beach, etc) on the weekends.

    If you are looking to lose weight, get in shape or enhance your athletic abilities I highly recommend Kelowna Crossfit. My personal goal is to tone, increase my cardio and build muscle to increase my strength and overall health and physical appearance. I am still quite new to the program and came in with no real athletic background. Outside of attending some classes back in 2013 (my first experiences with crossfit prior to KCF), my last visit to the gym was over 10 years ago so I knew I was going to have to focus and work hard to get myself back in shape. Going to the gym was fun but I never really felt like I was getting allot of results even though I went 4-5 days a week for a one year term. I had a personal trainer put together a program for me and away I went..the problem was there was no making sure I was continuing to do the exercises properly. This can and did result in some issues with previous injuries. No one was motivating me other than myself and unfortunately showing up didn't always mean working hard. Since I joined Kelowna Crossfit only a few short weeks ago, I am already noticing an increase in my energy. The trainers are very experienced and attentive during classes. They focus on proper positioning lifting and technique rather than pushing more weight to beginners like myself. I like the environment and feel very comfortable with the program. Every day is something new and everyday I look forward to class knowing I am receiving good value for my money. I am now on the right path to achieving my goals. The other members at the gym continue to motivate each other so you never feel like you are left behind even if you are the last one finished. If you want results, Kelowna Crossfit is the place to go
