The staff was so kind and welcoming, people working the reception greeted us by name. I removed a star because my toddler found a big M&M on the floor of our room within the first 5 minutes of us entering the room, which lead us to scan the whole place for any other food, dirt, things left behind by previous guests. The room was not very clean. Despite going for a bigger room, there was a coffee pot and a fridge but no microwave. The only microwave was on the main lobby in a computer/conference room. Meaning you had to wait for whoever was in there with the door shut to get out before being able to heat up your food. We were offered a complimentary breakfast for our first morning there which was very appreciated! The pool was great. Very kid friendly place. 30 minute walk to the beach/downtown and back. Good location.
With polite and professional staff, the Coast provides amazing customer service. Rooms and common areas provide a quiet, clean and inviting atmosphere. This establishment has paid close attention to detail to ensure your stay is very comfortable. Let’s not forget the great location!! Downtown and waterfront is a quick 15 min walk with top notch restaurants, liquor store and grocery store in close proximity. As a business traveller, this hôtel can’t be beat. As a regular guest at the Coast, I feel the front desk staff go above and beyond to ensure all guests feel welcome. Great job Coast!!
The first room we were in had only lukewarm water coming through the tub faucet and shower. We were immediately offered an upgraded room which although lovely had some minor damage and a tiny bit of mold in the tub surround tile grout. For such a fine Inn, there were surprisingly not a lot of extras, such as slippers or robes, and the in-room coffee station had only white sugar, aspartame, and coffee whitener which after tasting, inspired us to get ours elsewhere. We were very happy with everything else and impressed with the service and all staff. A huge plus to not only their acceptance of our large dog, a chocolate lab, but their genuine affection and warm reactions towards her.
The person at your desk this evening has provided the best check-in experience 👌. Incredibly accommodating and extremely efficient. It is amazing how one employee can positively impact a brand and define a customer experience. I was given a room on the 7th floor that is spacious with high ceilings, a comfortable bed, and large windows. The room is extremely clean. Great experience overall! Thank you.
My biggest concern when travelling is if my therapy dog will be welcomed. My good girl was treated so well by staff and it was absolutely no hassle for her to stay with me. Huge relief and BIG appreciation to Coast Capri. No complaints. Everything I needed was available and the room was clean.
