About 6 months ago there pumps demagnetized 2 of my bank cards, now my wife tried to use her bank card and again it demagnetized her care, when she talked to the clerk, she said head office has known about this for months but has done nothing about the problem. This is lousy customer service no apologies nothing, we have to go through the hassle of having to get new cards. Will be taking business elsewhere, where they actually care!!!
I stopped in last Friday May 27, around 11 AM, used the clean washroom! Also got a great coffee, and the nice lady working was a pleasant and helpful employee. She set me up with Buy 9 Get 1 Free coffee card. Very nice experience. I forget her name, she’s a keeper. Thanks
Racist lady at front front desk the date and time 830pm on aug21st! She doesnt let us use the washroom wowww we are living in 21st centry wake up!
I honestly can not believe this Manager still has a job here. She is very rude and just unpleasant to deal with. Multiple bad experiences with her attitude, stop treating people like there stupid.
Pull up to buy gas - there is a cardboard sign in the credit card slot saying "pay inside" - you get inside and it says "cash only" - then I notice multiple other angry motorist pulling away to another station. Would have been helpful to know BEFORE I pulled in! Probably had nothing to do with gas going up $.10 cents a liter tonight!!! Typical RIP OFF gas station. Happy to NOT spend my money at Chevron...ever
