What an amazing experience! Peter the host is just an extremely friendly genuine guy with a strong desire to make sure guests have a great time and get to explore the area. The location itself is one of the most serene and relaxing places I've stayed at in a long time. Amazing views, extremely quiet and lots of wildlife. The room was very comfortable and well decorated with everything you might need in cold or hot weather. Located just down from many of the top wineries in the area and some local food shops you're never more than a few minutes from your next adventure. Outside the room was a shared pool and hot tub which we were taught how to use, and encouraged to enjoy during our time. I'd definitely recommend taking a dip! My stay here would easily be in the top 3 stays I had in Canada (travelled from east->west and back)
Peter and Debbie were amazing hosts. We would highly recommend anyone coming to Naramata to experience Castle Rock. The rooms and grounds were spectacular. The breakfast was delicious and the sunset views were breathtaking. Thank you both for your hospitality we can't wait to come back next year.
We recently stayed at Castlerock and were really impressed by the home, amenities and our hosts Peter and Debbie. The home itself is spectacular with an amazing outdoor patio, pool, hot tub and views over Okanagan Lake and the Naramata bench wine region. Debbie and Peter have taken steps to address any Covid concerns and my wife and I felt secure in knowing that the suite and facilities were clean for us upon our arrival. We will look to stay at Castlerock again the next time we visit Naramata.
A wonderful place to stay with wonderful hosts! Peter and Debbie are lovely, welcoming and accommodating. It really could not have been better! A perfect place for our honeymoon getaway ! The breakfasts were amazing!! A 5 star chef! Lovely chatting with Peter! We hope to come back soon .
Peter and Debbie (I hope that's right) were absolutely lovely! The room was clean and bright with amazing amenities. Water and coffee or tea provided at our leisure. Breakfast was amazing and they thoughtfully accommodated my allergies despite the lack of notice for them. The hot tub / pool (heated) were the very best thing to come home to after a day at the winerys and they thoughtfully provided plastic glasses for us to ensure safety. Peter was so amazing helping us decide where to eat and which wineries to visit and helped my partner plan his hike. The bed was perfect and they provided both down and pollyfill pillows (another bonus for my allergies). Being a little out of the way meant that we had the BEST star view from the hotub and pool in the evening. I seriously can not say enough wonderful things about our stay and we DEFINATELY will be back again soon!
