Dr. Kaylee Little deserves more than 5stars, and so does the staff working there. We came in to for issues with our cat and felt completely at ease with how knowledgeable Dr.Little was, she gave us everything we needed to help our cat and recommended products without upselling us, we were in and out under 30mins and feel reassured that our little guy is okay and what we can do if we have any issues. 10/10 for service and 10/10 for the care she has.

We visit West Kelowna for an extended period in the summers. We have used Carrington Animal Hospital for routine vet services for the last two years. They were very welcoming and cooperative in setting up our dog’s file and getting information from our home vet. The reception and medical staff are very pleasant and professional and we have had no problems getting prompt appointments. It gives us peace of mind to know we have a trusted pet care option when on vacation.

Caring, efficient and total focus on my pet. Our first visit when our regular vet couldn’t accommodate us with an appointment until a week out. Even though they knew the need was an ear infection they took the time to go through a regular checkup list and get to know us. Were very caring and professional
