I felt truly cared for at Brightside Dental. This was without a doubt the best dental office I’ve ever been to! All my questions were answered and my concerns were easily taken care of. I can honestly say I’m no longer afraid of going to the dentist. They made my appointments welcoming and comfortable. I hope everyone that works there has great days and even greater nights of sleep!
This is the best dental office I have ever been to! My partner, myself, and our 6 year old all visit here. They always go above and beyond! I really like the way they explain everything to us. We will definitely be going here for years to come! Thank you Brightside Dental!
The team at BrightSide is second to none. The moment you walk in the door you are treated with professionalism, kindness and care. Everyone on this team truly cares about their patients and it reflects in the level of comfort you feel and your ability to actually relax knowing you’re in good hands. The front desk staff are great to talk to and take their patients time seriously. The hygienists are professional, caring and friendly, and the Dentists are extremely knowledgeable, kind and gentle and truly want what’s best for their patients. Had an appointment to get one of my fillings checked out that had broken, they fit me in the same day to have it fixed! The ladies at Brightside dental are always so welcoming and lovely I really enjoy my visit every time I come in :)
If I can give a 0 I would. Doesn’t deserve a 1* Dr. Pollard was unprofessional and lacked a lot of empathy. I had several visits with her for the same root canal/implant. While in her chair I almost swallowed the implant. It was my very first implant due to cracked tooth and she froze me!!! Went home and the darn implant fell out and I almost swallowed it AGAIN!!! Went back to her and she was very rude and didn’t explain or have any empathy or any explanation. No accountability whatsoever. She froze me again and tightened the implant. I was not impressed after her/office wanted to charge me. Are you kidding me??? Guess what? Implant was loose again but I refused to return (I don’t have benefits so I had to pay full price at different dental office). I paid a lot of money and still have issues with the implant. Thankfully my new dentist has referred me to an oral surgeon to check the ongoing problem. Also need to mention that she quoted me $3000-$5000 for 2 bottom teeth repair and my new dentist charged me less than $800. I was appalled! I even told her I didn’t have benefits and was paying out of pocket. Please do yourself a favour and do your research. I would NEVER recommend this office.
