Order pick up. Got RAW, quarter filled container of cactus cuts. When I called to tell them they said i can drive back or wait for someone to call me within the next 2 days. I said I would wait because I have 2 small children I would have to pack up again. Well it's been 2 weeks. I even took pictures of the mess. The front guy working even asked me for a tip and Which I did leave a tip but also didnt ask the man infront if me for a tip. Very disappointing. What a joke. Still to date haven't heard anything from them to fix their issue.
Stopped in twice during vacation, first week of August. First time was great no issue waitress got everything right without issues, my family and i went back a second time because of the great service and had partial meals served, never did get everything we ordered and the food was, lets just say not up to par. Would i go back? Maybe they just had a bad day and under staffed. just giving 3 stars because of it.
Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Maybe 20 customers in restaurant had to get my own water for my table walked up to someone cleaning off a table just to ask for a to go container and the bill if I was able to give 0.00 for a tip I would have. But I had to give something due to the machine. It wasn’t due to lack of staff either I seen at least 10 employees walking around chatting in the back.
Had an amazing server, food prep was fast and consistent for franchise food. Prices a little high for what we ordered. Would say the server made our visit worthwhile.
Service was extremely slow. All of our food & coffee was cold. We were given plastic utensils to use because they said no other silverware was clean. I have never had a bad meal at a Boston Pizza before. I would never go back to this location.
