Friendly group. However, pick, pick, pick. Lots of visits and money, but Dale Christophe"s work started to litterly fall apart 4 months later. The game plan was to go after the big money. The small problems are now much bigger... now a year later. Shopping for a new dentist
Terrible experience. I left Acorn Dental around 2014 because I was tired of paying for poor service. Dr. Swartz was my dentist and I dreaded going for checkups. She has no chair-side manner and I feel she tried to mislead me. I had lost confidence as well as trust in Swartz and Christophe. Therefore, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I never knew going to the dentist could actually be enjoyable until I joined Jade Bay in Winfield. Never been happier. If I have anything good to say about this dentist, it's that their reception staff is great. Really kind, really knowledgeable. It's a shame the dental pros out back don't reflect the professionalism of their front room staff. This however isn't what matters and so my rating is still 1 star.
I left today not coming back ever horrible service starting at the front desk they have THREE receptionists i called last week to get an appointment for my daughter i was redirected to an answering machine i hanged up kept calling about 10 times finally got through i asked specifically for an appointment for my daughter AFTER SCHOOL she (the receptionist) gave an appointment for 9:30 am ,i asked again for one AFTER SCHOOL she sighed unpolitely, today we went @4:30pm one the receptionist gave me THAT look and ignored us for a while before asking with a not so friendly voice ,we finally got a dentist and she knew it was only for a cleaning but tried to sell us another round of unnecesary x-rays and exam which i declined. They wouldnt accept my bluecross card which clearly states pharmacy products and DENTAL and asked for cash payment BEFORE my daughter even went in ! They refused to do the paper work to bill BLUECROSS and told me it was my problem to get reimbursed by them (bluecross) they denied my daughter for a simple clean up and like i said tried to sell me unnecesary service they asked me to rebook and that it was going to be $60 i said i wasnt going to rebook and that i was going to look for another dentist and left with my daughter that was obviously upset! .these people have no vocation and are there for the money only.i also found out they are looking for NEW CUSTOMERS in their ad PEOPLE BEWARE! Disgruntled in Rutland.

Amazing staff , amazing dentist ! Ive gone to them for years and they have been nothing but amazing and totally accomadating to all my needs ! I highly reccomend trusting ur dental needs to these proffesionals !
