i have absolutely loved my experience at 30 minute hit. it is the most welcoming fitness environment that i have experienced which is extremely impactful. for anyone considering joining, i would recommend at least doing a free trial! you have no idea how much a space can transform your fitness journey and this is such a wonderful one. there’s absolutely nothing to be fearful of either, it’s women supporting women and it’s amazing.
the staff are the kindest humans that create such a welcoming environment and i could go on and on!

I've struggled for the longest time to do the required daily dose of exercise until a colleague / friend suggested 30 minute Hit. Tried it and fell in love with it!! And it's awesome that it only takes 30 minutes! Trainers are friendly and are always available to correct my moves. It's also a plus that it's a women's-only gym 😄

I am 1 week into my 30 minute hit journey and I am loving it! I am an extremely lazy and unmotivated person so if I can find time to do this, anybody can!!! You are in and out so fast that you don't even realise you just worked your butt off!!! The trainers and fellow members are fantastic and super supportive and make reaching your goals an achievable goal. If you're on the fence about trying it out, just do it!!!!

I've been a 30 Minute Hit member since the end of April, 2022. At first I was skeptical because I'd been used to longer, heavier workouts. But after 4 months, I am SOLD! I'm noticing such a difference in my endurance, my muscle definition, and my overall fitness. I'm also noticing positive impacts on my mental health. The frequency and intensity of my anxiety symptoms have lessened and I find myself more mentally present. You might be saying to yourself, "yeah, but I can get that from any fitness routine" and you might be right; what really sets 30 Minute Hit apart are the trainers. There is always a trainer on the floor to pump up the atmosphere, push members to work harder, and help fine tune techniques. These personable, energetic, welcoming, inclusive trainers meet all members where they are at and push us to work at the edge of our comfort zones. If, like I was, you're feeling a bit skeptical of 30 Minute Hit, just try it! You get a free trial class.
